As a process artist, the act of creating art has been a lifelong passion for me. Although I was discouraged from studying art professionally early on and pursued a career in teaching information technology, my love for art has never waned. Over the years, I have rekindled this early passion by taking art classes. I love the collaborative artistic environment of the classrooms. I find that art is elevated by community—by sharing ideas, giving feedback, and learning from different perspectives.
Now, with financial stability, I am eager to dedicate myself to art full-time. My journey has taught me to appreciate the beauty in both nature and manufactured objects, finding inspiration in unexpected places. I embrace the Humanistic ideal that beauty can bring us closer to a higher form of love, seeing divine artistry in everything from petals in a puddle to scrap metal.
My work is driven by the joy of creation rather than a specific message. My goal is often simply to depict something in an appealing way, inviting others to pause and see the beauty in the ordinary. Through my art, I hope to inspire others to see the world with fresh eyes and appreciate the subtle wonders around us.
